ISP Bonding / ADSL 4
ISP Bonding is the ability to combine multiple Internet connections, usually of the same type and speed, into a single virtual pipe. With our bonding solutions there are no complex operations required as would be with MLPPP or Border Gateway (BGP) Protocols.
This technology involves installing a local bonding device at the customer’s place of business and tunnelling traffic to our data centre core by using the various Internet connections. The combination of the individual Internet connections is an excellent solution to overcoming bandwidth restrictions such as those of ADSL and the same goes for any WAN architecture. To the customer it will appear as a single link to the internet. The resulting increase in the download and upload speeds would be exponentially greater.
